Coulter mixer - widely used in materials mixing of industries of chemical raw materials, pharmaceutical raw materials, building materials, plastics, adhesive raw materials, food materials, powder metallurgy, mining materials, oil and raw materials industries, such as solid - solid (powder and powder ), the solid - liquid (slurry powder and glue), block - viscous material mixing, and drying with heating jacket.

Coulter mixer mainly consists of drive device, horizontal cylinder, coulter group axis, Flying blade Group, discharge valve, spray devices and other components.
◆ Conveying device: drive from the main motor and the reducer group to the coulter shaft.
◆ Horizontal cylinder: the upper has a inlet and observation hole, has a material-washing door in side of the cylinder.
◆ Coulter group axis: arrange number of coulter according to coulter volume, the coulter is mounted on the main axle and make turbulent flow to mix materials.

◆ Flying blade Group: Vice-motor direct link Flying blade. Flying blade has mixing function with strong scattering and cutting.
◆ Discharge valve: Installed in bottom of the tube to discharge materials.
◆Spraying device: spray device arranged in the upper tube and it is comprised of bube and nozzle components. It is fixed evenly.in the cylinder
